As we celebrate Valentine's Week, let's dive into our wellness and the importance of self-love and self-care in this journey, while recognising the need to nurture ourselves while maintaining healthy boundaries.
New Noon Circle
What will happen at this event.
(If you have a daughter or daughters please bring them with you).
1 Astrology of the New Moon
We will look at the astrology of the New Moon, which astrological sign it is in and what that that means.
2 We will work with the goddess feminine energy associated with this New Moon.
I will share a story which incorporates this Goddess.
3 Sacred storytelling
You will get a chance to voice a story, that is stirring in you that you want to change should you wish to (max 5 minutes per person). You will bring the essence of the story into the sacred circle, we don’t get caught up in the drama of our stories, we bring it and we leave it in the circle to heal.
I will then do a shamanic journey to bring healing to the stories and share insights from this journey with you.
I will then close the circle.
