Niamh: A young girl who has dyslexia and struggles with reading, though she loves acting.

Baba Yaga: The folkloric figure living in a house on chicken legs high up in the hills, who guides Niamh through her recurring dreams.

Plot: When the school play is chosen from a book not yet in print (meaning Niamh cannot have her mother read it to her to memorise it), she must choose between giving up acting or facing her fear of telling people about her fear of reading. With Lorcan, she embarks on a symbolic journey to visit Baba Yaga, helping her confront her fears, build resilience, and discover that she has choices.

Format: Bi-lingual/English and Irish (paired with companion works like Lorcan and the Magic Whistle / Lorcán agus an fheadóg draíochta).
